Our Boyne Hog BBQ party BBQ menu is a hog roast BBQ. This spit
roast barbeque menu is available all-over the province.
This menu offers your guest
from groups of 70 to 6000 people, a choice of slow roasted Hog barbeque or Spit
Roasted Lamb or Spit Roasted full chickens served with a floury roll, wrap or brioche
bun and with selection of sauce and homemade stuffing.
This slow roasted Rotary Pig BBQ can take around 5 hours to cook at your venue by
of fully trained chefs.
Also included with this BBQ menu is a choice of 4 freshly made salads, served buffet
style.
Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery.
All BBQ foods are served buffet style.
