Our blackwater Hog BBQ party BBQ menu is a hog roast BBQ.
This Hog BBQ barbeque menu is available all-over the province.
This menu offers your guest from groups of 70 to 6000 people, a choice of slow roasted Hog barbeque or Spit Roasted Lamb or Spit Roasted Full Chickens served with a floury roll, wrap or brioche bun and with selection of sauce and homemade stuffing.
This slow roasted spit roast BBQ can take around 5 hours to cook at your venue by
of fully trained chefs.
With this menu you can also add a choice of desserts for your guests
Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery. All BBQ foods are served buffet style.
